A First class qualified Chemical Engineer having an experience of 37+ years in Oil & Gas Industry. He is having a versatile & dynamic personality. His expertise encompasses various facets of Operations,Technical Development, Financial Management, Staff Management & Development & Labor Management. He started his career with Kaltex in the year 1976 which later became Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited ( HPCL) a “Navratana Company” of Government of India and he rose to a level of Director (Refinery) of HPCL. He also headed the Punjab Refinery Project.

He has myriad expertise in Strategic & Technical planning, Organizational Development, Safety & Environment, Project Management and Business Start-ups.
