A dynamic all round professional, she is a member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since July 2000. She has been bestowed with the Certificate of Excellence by GIZ (Germany) to ‘Fit for Partnership with German Companies’ in the year 2011.

She brings to the table a vast knowledge acquired over the last 16 years in fields as diverse as Financial Services, Power, IT, Media & Entertainment, Oil & Gas and Consulting. She dwells in her expertise of understanding matters related to Indian and International taxation, formulating strategic plans for enterprises encompassing Strategy, Corporate & Project Budgeting, Investment Outlays and Tax Planning.
At Macramé she is heading Inbound and Outbound Investment division and is a member of core committee associating with all strategic decisions.

A qualified Chartered Accountant having vast experience of more than 35 years which includes 32 years in Refineries and Pipelines with Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. He possesses rich experience of Project implementation of about 20 years in projects of Grass root Refineries, Petrochemicals, Pipelines and various Revamps in the operating Refineries under Oil and Gas sector. His expertise is in the activities of collaborations with Foreign Licensors and Technology selection, Pre Feasibility, Feasibility and Detailed Feasibility studies of the projects including financial tie-ups with lenders. He has also experience in implementation of Project under EPCC/Conventional methodology, Contract Management of Indian as well as foreign contracts, Review of physical progress and monitoring of Financial Progress including Foreign Currency, Closure of Contracts, Statutory Compliances including Insurance management and Upon Commissioning of the preparation of closure report of the project.

At Macramé he is heading Project Division and is a member of core committee associating with all strategic decisions about the above stated activities.

A First class qualified Chemical Engineer having an experience of 37+ years in Oil & Gas Industry. He is having a versatile & dynamic personality. His expertise encompasses various facets of Operations,Technical Development, Financial Management, Staff Management & Development & Labor Management. He started his career with Kaltex in the year 1976 which later became Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited ( HPCL) a “Navratana Company” of Government of India and he rose to a level of Director (Refinery) of HPCL. He also headed the Punjab Refinery Project.

Mr. Murali is an able aide, Team builder to his peers and mentors to those who are under his wing. All this attributes have contributed in substantially developing innovative methods in highly competitive global environment. He has myriad expertise in Strategic & Technical planning, Organizational Development, Safety & Environment, Project Management and Business Start-ups.

At Macramé he is leading a team of Oil & Gas experts who are looking after Upstream, Downstream & Petrochemical including various alliances, Investment opportunities across the Globe and Project Implementation at various stages.

A qualified B.A. B. L. joined Indian Legal Service ( ILS) in the year 1988 having a rich experience of 36+ years at various levels out of which 28+ years with Government of India (GOI) . During his span of career he had a Bar experience as an advocate at High Court before joining Services with GOI. He has conducted prosecution cases and tendered legal opinion to various Ministries and Departments of GOI and In- Charge of Litigation matters before various courts and FORA in the capacity of Assistant Legal Advisor to the GOI, Deputy Legal Advisor to GOI and Additional Legal Advisor to the GOI. He was a Member of various bodies like Copyright Act, Mines & Minerals Act, Goods & Service Tax (GST), MGNREA, Supreme Court Legal Service Committee ( SELSC) and Committee on Disputes ( COD). He headed single member tribunal constituted under Textile Committee Act 1963.

He was First Appellant Authority under RTI Act, Department of Legal Affairs,Ministry of Law & Justice (GOI). He advised GOI for amendments in various Acts –a) The Enemy Property Act 1968 b) The Wakf Act 1955 c) The Child Labor(Prohibition & regulation ) Act 1986 d) The Merchant Shipping Act 1958 e) The Contract Labor ( Regulation & Abolition) Act 1970 and f) The Right to Education Act 2000.
Importantly he finalized and vetted the following assignments of National Interest and Importance –

1. Nuclear Agreement with Russian Collaboration for Kudunkulam Atomic Energy Project.
2. INDO-US Nuclear Agreement. With Macramé he is leading the team of Legal Affairs looking after Strategic
3. alliances related to Inbound and Outbound Investment.

A dynamic professional  with PGDBA (finance ) Gold medallist, and having  over 30 years of experience in finance, Administration, Judicial, Infrastructure matters. Started career with Punjab National Bank and subsequently got Selected as Assistant Commissioner, through Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission. After successfully completing 12 years of government services switched over to Private sector as Director on the boards of couple of listed infrastructure companies. The highlights of the exposure can be summed up as :

• Judicial exposure As Assistant Commissioner(Coop).Decided on record number of judicial cases of various nature such as service matter, infrastructure, banking, recovery, administrative etc.

6. Director Era Transmission and Distribution a tower manufacturing plant.

• Established a Sugar factory, Guna of 2500 TCD as GM Finance and Administration in record time.

• Wide experience in Infrastructure projects such as Highways, Industrial and Industrial Parks, Electrifiction, Real Estate etc.

A widely travelled qualified Engineer having close association with Suppliers and EPC Contractors across the Globe mainly Russia, Germany, China and Indonesia. He is M.Tech in Research Cold Rolling of Steel with enriched experience of more than 30 years in Developing Execution & Commissioning of Projects related to Infrastructure development. He also possesses rich experience in Oil & Gas Industry : Offshore and Onshore projects related to exploration of Hydrocarbons. He was also involved with various surveys for Hydrocarbon Industry including Seismic and Geo for Projects pertaining to ONGC, OVL and OIL.
